Sales Coordinator
April - July 2020
In April 2020, I partnered with a close friend to undertake an extraordinary challenge aimed at saving "Le Bigarré," a leisure business struggling due to the lockdown. We took on the role of sales agents for this humanitarian project and for Maguy, the manager of the business.
Our objective was clear: to sell 100 paintings created by Maguy during the lockdown through an effective communication strategy (flyers, social media, etc.) and well-targeted marketing techniques (distribution, customer relations). Within less than a month, our project was a great success (featured in Le Courrier de l'Ouest and broadcasted on France 3—see the repost below), and we ultimately sold over 300 paintings across France and internationally.
We managed a significant customer database during this initiative. This experience allowed me to replace my end-of-year internship for my first year of the DUT program, which had been canceled due to the health crisis.
Paris 2024 Olympic Games Volunteer
July - August 2024
I had the privilege of being one of the 45,000 volunteers selected for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, out of more than 300,000 applicants. As a volunteer in the Media Operations team at the La Beaujoire stadium in Nantes, I was responsible for welcoming and assisting accredited international media within the Main Media Centre.
My role involved facilitating the smooth flow of information regarding the competitions, ensuring journalists had access to the necessary resources, and maintaining an environment that respected both the players and event security. This experience allowed me to contribute to the success of the Games while gaining valuable insight into media operations at a world-class sporting event.
Concession Stand Manager
2019 - 2024
As the manager of the new "1919" concession stand during SCO Angers football matches, I was responsible for ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the concession stand.
My duties included planning and coordinating concession activities during SCO matches, managing supplies and inventory, supervising concession staff, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Clubhouse Manager
2021 - 2022
During the 2021-2022 season, I joined the management committee of my football club as the Clubhouse Manager before leaving to go abroad.
My main responsibilities included supervising the concession stand supplies and performing regular stock checks to prevent shortages.
I was also involved in event planning committees, partnerships, and communication efforts.
