BUYER

My goal is to become a buyer, a profession I am passionate about and feel naturally suited for. Curious, attentive, and eager to be helpful, I enjoy analyzing purchasing opportunities, negotiating to secure the best deals, and contributing to supply chain strategy and procurement security. It’s a challenge I find extremely motivating.

My interest in the buying profession became clearer during my DUT in Marketing Techniques, especially after meeting a buyer from the retail industry. My purchasing skills were further developed through my courses in purchasing during my DUT and Bachelor’s degree. Given my passion, it was only logical that I pursued a Master’s degree in Purchasing. My two-year apprenticeship as an industrial buyer at the Manitou Group confirmed that this field aligns perfectly with my professional aspirations.

I describe myself as reactive, dynamic, and adaptable, qualities that have helped me successfully manage my personal and professional projects with a proactive approach. I have also developed strong autonomy and a keen sense of responsibility, particularly through my roles as team leader and sales manager.

Internationally, my experience in Malta enhanced my ability to adapt to different cultural and professional environments, a skill I intend to leverage in an international purchasing management role.

In the short term, my goal is to work in a dynamic company where I can enhance my purchasing skills and get involved in strategic projects. In the long term, I aspire to hold a high-level leadership position within an international organization.
